Welcome to Impact Dance Centre & Fitness Studio! We are a nationally award-winning dance studio. We believe in providing a high-quality dance curriculum in a family-friendly environment that encourages youth and adults to express themselves through the fine art of dance.

At Impact, students have the opportunity to develop excellent dance technique, teamwork, responsibility, self esteem and motivation! Our dance instructors have years of experience and receive on-going yearly training in the latest dance techniques to improve dance skill and prevent injury.

We feel that every student should be supported and encouraged and allowed to SHINE!

Our studio has wood-sprung floors to decrease stress related injuries.
