Impulse Dance Company

Senior company members train 12 hours a week in a wide variety of dance genres including, ballet, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, and tap. Dancers study The Paula Morgan Technique, a curriculum designed to achieve the best alignment, strength, flexibility, and understanding of the body. Dancers compete among the highest level of competitors in Southern California and are prepared to pursue a collegiate or professional dance career.

Senior Performance company members train 7 hours a week in ballet, contemporary, and hip hop. Dancers are given the opportunity to compete and train alongside Senior company members while still pursuing high school activities.

Junior Elite company members train 11 hours a week and Junior company members train 9 hours a week in ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, and tap. Dancers are introduced to The Paula Morgan Technique and exposed to a wider range of dance genres.

Mini Elite company members train 8 hours a week and Mini company members train 6 hours a week in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and tap. Dancers are introduced to competitive dancing and prepared to enter a more serious learning environment.

Performance company members train 4 hours a week in ballet, jazz, and tap. Dancers are given the opportunity to gain stage experience and start training from a beginning level.
