What is IM=X (pronounced IMX)?

IM=X stands for Integrated Movement Xercize. It's an elite fitness formula that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of pilates with elements of strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and abdominal core.

IM=X® offers a cross conditioning system focusing on muscle efficiency through core muscle power and postural endurance to optimize physical performance. Pilates by integrating principles of exercise physiology, traditional strength training, motor learning, and physical therapy not inherent in traditional programs. Aimed at athletes and club members rather than dancers, IM=X® takes a more muscle-building approach to Pilates-based exercise with programming that is challenging yet accessible to the mainstream. It is a comprehensive program that includes resistance training, plyometric jumps, and innovative formats such as Interval Training, Cardio Training, and Back Care.
