IM=X Pilates Sparks

IM=X stands for Integrated Movement Xercize. It's an elite fitness formula that marries the muscle toning and lengthening benefits of Pilates with strength and cardio training to increase flexibility, endurance and muscle tone, while strengthening the spine and abdominal core.

We offer a wide range of options. Im=X Reformer and Mat Pilates, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, TRX, Cardio and Weight Training. We specialize in small group (maximum group class size is 12!) and private Im=X Pilates training. We also have certified personal trainers on staff to give your fitness needs all the attention they deserve!
