iN7 fitness, formally known as All Out Workout Exercise Program.

Originally from Florida, LB (Larry Barnes ) currently lives with his family in Fresno, California, working as a licensed occupational therapist and as a business owner and weight loss trainer. LB has trained in martial arts for over twenty-five years, reaching sixth degree black belt in Shinjimasu - Shaolin Goju under the instruction of Grandmaster Ted Parker, Great Grandmaster Charles Dixon, and Professor Lynn Dixon. He has been training students and clients for the past twenty-five years in martial arts, self-defense, meditation, self-purpose seeking, and physical conditioning/weight loss. In 1999, LB founded Self Works for Self Defense and expanded with the physical conditioning and weight loss component in 2001.


As the owner and only trainer, LB developed a program entitled All Out Workout Exercise Program. (current name "iN7 fitness") which focuses on experiencing a total body workout with cardio, resistance, and strength training with focus on weight loss, body fat reduction, and toning. The iN7 fitness exercise / weight loss program focus on getting clients to set realistic individual goals to reach the results they desire. By combining his background as a martial artist and his health knowledge in performing rehabilitation therapy for the body, LB has developed a total body workout system that really works.

As your trainer, I believe it is important that I push you mentally and physically with your training. Remember "a trip of a thousand miles begins with the first step." By starting your training and coming to your training you are taking the first steps toward your goals. I will never give up on you. But more importantly, you can NEVER give up on yourself. You have the power to change your body and life. Discipline, consistency and hard work ( DCH ) = accomplishing your weight goals.
