My In House Etiquette Training Program provides prospective businesses the superior customer service that everyone is striving for. The training begins with an introductory & evaluation of your current business practice then basic training to follow. This program may take 2-4 hours depending on how many employees attend training session. Once training is completed employees will demonstrate new skills on public and supply each customer with a comment card grading their performance. The evaluations taken start to end of training will be shared with team to reveal the difference my training program made at your facility.
