Indianapolis Athletic Club

The Indianapolis Athletic Club is not only historic, but also full of amenities not found in other condo developments downtown—the basketball gym, the fitness center, the racquetball and squash courts, the virtual golf, available storage space, a conference room, and even a grand piano in the lobby. And we have thousands of square feet of common area.

First opening as a social club in 1922, we have eighty-two units ranging in size from 752 sq. ft to 4200 sq. ft. Each unit is custom designed by the homeowner to maximize functionality, appearance, and quality of living.
