Indigo Acres

We are finishing up our 2nd growing season and are excited to be offering our produce direct off the farm here every Saturday late fall thru early spring 9 am to noon. We will have fresh greens - our leaf lettuce mix including arugula, Romaine, Asian greens and spinach the entire winter season. We will also have a few individual bags of these as well. OUR NAME - Our tag line here at Indigo Acres is Eat the Rainbow Everyday. We believe God's food, like colorful veggies and fruits are the most healing foods. So think Green Acres, without the song, and then change the color to Indigo. Also our sunsets here in Oklahoma are beautiful as are the ones on our farm - all shades of deep orange, purple and indigo. Beautiful!

OUR BELIEF - We believe that God created food to be healthy and healing. Unfortunately modern food growing practices has transformed even healthy whole foods into food and food products that are not so healthy and even disease causing with the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers.

OUR PRACTICES - We grow all of our produce the way God intended, free of all chemicals and GMOs. In fact, we don’t actually grow anything. We manage the soil, put in the seeds and God does the rest. Grown in this way, we believe food can be healing medicine. We pray over our fields that all who consume our food are blessed in ways we can never image.



OUR GOAL - Our hope is to someday soon grow enough food so that we can eat what we need, sell what we can’t eat, and donate the rest. Our ultimate goal is to create a charity that will allow us to give healthy healing foods to those who desperately need it.
