Indigo Soul Yoga

Indigo Soul Yoga, LLC was developed by free-lance yoga instructor, Stephanie Epps. ISY is located in Henry County, about 20 miles south of Atlanta, Georgia. Indigo Soul Yoga emerged from Stephanie's love of yoga, wellness, and community. The mission of Indigo Soul is to help people embrace the brilliance and power that lie within their soul on and off the mat. Indigo Soul offers restorative, vinyasa, and power yoga. ISY believes that yoga is for everyone. If you have never taken a yoga class or if you participate in extreme sports, there are classes for you. Indigo Soul infuses traditional yoga practice with urban and pop culture to impact client's lives.
