Total Athlete

Total Athlete Sports Complex is a speed and agility training facility providing speed and conditioning training that is beneficial for all sports. Our training program has been proven to work for youth all the way up to professional athletes and active adults. The basis of our program is to build speed and quickness through intense, repetitive, and explosive movements. It takes 1,000 reps to develop muscle memory, and muscle memory is developed by teaching the correct running mechanics, circuit training, polymeric, and resistance training. At Total Athlete, every athlete will have the opportunity to reach his or her full potential. We believe that with hard work, discipline, and dedication, you can achieve success in sports and being healthy. Morning and Saturday hours are available by appointment only.
