COMMUNITY! FAMILY! FRIENDS!!

We are so incredibly proud of our collective creation of INDIGO Pilates & Yoga in Pleasant Hill! We have the greatest group of teachers, gorgeous space and the most wonderful community of students, clients and musician and artists. We have had the vision for the longest time to create a space that would house intentional yoga practices, pilates training, dance and art and healing for everyone through massage, reiki, sound and music. When we walked into the space last February and saw the gorgeous floors and fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom - we could not believe our eyes. And our hearts that we were being given this opportunity to hold this space for you all. It is a loft space that reminds us of our time in NYC where we fell in love with yoga and continued on our path with Pilates and Music.

We have done it. Our space is magical and supported by our amazing group of teachers and healing practitioners. Who in addition to their classes are available for private sessions. The path to gathering our great group was 100% through personal connection. We have been so lucky. We strive to create a space where you feel taken care of, supported and uplifted. Whether you are wanting to deepen your yoga practice through meditation, asana or breath work or healing from a specific issue - we are here for you.

Our website will be updated with all the new events and classes and we will send out once a month an offering of what is happening at INDIGO.
