I provide a safe space in which individuals and groups can learn the tools and skills required to navigate difficult situations and emotions. As a result, you can heal, learn and grow through your life and relationship challenges. My genuinely caring nature, authentic demeanor, and respect for the integrity of every person I work with, helps you feel comfortable stepping into the therapeutic relationship. In addition, my background in teaching and mindfulness practice helps me empower my clients to help themselves.

My background includes Master's and Specialist degrees in counselor education from the University of Florida, Reiki Master Practitioner certification, and a License in Mental Health Counseling. My education, combined with my own life experience, provides a strong foundation for my practice.
