Industrial Martial Arts

At Charleston ATA Martial arts we believe in the total body martial arts experience. Martial Arts training is for the mind and body. We teach honor, discipline, respect, real life skills for students of all ages. We believe that when you fall you should be able to get back up. That is why we train on real martial arts mats from Zebra Mats. At Charleston ATA you will learn kicks, strikes, forms, sparring, self defense and weapons. You will also condition your body and have fun doing it.
