Inn At Richmond

We refer to The Inn At Richmond as "TIARA" for the first letters of The Inn At Richmond plus "Allure," for surely this is the attraction that is experienced by all people who visit. Combined with our Berkshire EQUESTrian Center, we refer to the entire property as "TIARA EQUEST tm." Regarding a colonial-equestrian experience, we are truly "The Unique Gem of The Berkshires & Beyond." . Both are Carl M. Dunham Jr. Properties.

TIARA EQUEST is a 27 acre, historic colonial estate. It is an authentic, elegant, and relaxing throwback -- a lodging, stabling, hosting environment and experience without a peer. We are a member of and inspected by the rigorous standards of Select Registry.

THE INN is a bed & breakfast plus wedding / private & business event venue, centered around a pre-Revolutionary War home. The Main House, 1774 - 1776, was built on land granted through King George III of Great Britain.

We classify our guest units as rooms, suites & cottages. Our Main House has 6 units -- 3 rooms & 3 suites -- all with private bathrooms. At double occupancy, the Main House can hold 12 guests; and 16 with supplemental sleeping in suites.

The Inn also has 4 separate cottages; 3 with fully-equipped kitchens, that accommodate longer visits and families with children under 12 years old.. Each cottage has supplemental sleeping..

Additionally, The Inn has its fabulous Grand Prix Penthouse at our multi-million-dollar, indoor, riding arena. The Penthouse holds 2 to 8 guests with a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious parlor for events.

Summed up, TIARA EQUEST can accommodate 22 guests at double occupancy and up to 41 with supplemental sleeping on twin beds & pull-outs.

THE BERKSHIRE EQUESTRIAN CENTER is a complex of 3 classic barns, stabling up to 30 horses, 2 indoor arenas of which one is the most completely heated in Berkshire County, an outdoor arena, a turf jump / exercise course, and paddocks. We offer transient, short & long term self-board, plus lessons.
