Inner Balance Mind Body Studio

Welcome to Inner Balance, a boutique studio that offers mindful movement practices such as yoga, Pilates, and barre. We also offer private, semi-private and small group Pilates classes on state of the art Balanced Body equipment and nutrition counseling with a certified Holistic Nutrition coach. Conveniently located on Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of North Miami, Inner Balance provides a calming respite from the hectic pace of modern life. We are open 7 days a week and offer classes from 6am to 7:30pm.
