The Inner Truth Project believes every woman and man should have the opportunity to feel safe and free from shame while speaking their truth. We exist because there is no shame in living through any type of sexual abuse, violence or rape or in bravely sharing the truth about those experiences to build strength, hope and health. This project will offer opportunities to speak out, gather and unite the community in creative ways. Feel free to leave your story here!

The heart of the ITP is our center discretely located in St. Lucie County, Florida. Our Center offers a wide variety of programs, meetings and healing opportunities to allow women to share their stories, strength and hope through a variety of techniques for healing. In addition to "traditional" individual counseling and group sessions offered by professional therapists, we offer holistic classes designed to engage the mind, body and spirit in a supportive and comforting atmosphere. With flexible, unique meeting spaces, we host community meetings, film showings, dynamic speakers & workshops and more in our quest to gather together and grow as our voices become stronger!
