Since 2008, we have transformed both men and women by sculpting and toning without adding bulk, made them stronger and more flexible, improved their self-image and elevated their performance in sports by boosting power and range of motion!
Conveniently located in Clay Terrace, we offer you a unique fitness experience like no other!
• We aren’t just another Pilate’s Studio; we are a fitness studio that incorporates 4 different types of practices: Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Piyo, and Barre to provide you a complete full-body program.
• Our Reformer Pilates classes are limited to a maximum of a 5 to 1 Student to Instructor ratio so as to provide highly personalized attention. Privates and Duets are also available for people who prefer individual attention.
• No other studio offers an all-inclusive monthly membership that allows you to take an unlimited number of Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Piyo, and Barre classes making the per visit cost much lower than any other studio.
• We are not a franchise. Inner You’s experienced and certified instructors are able to tailor our over 8 different types of classes to our client’s needs.
• We utilize the very best state-of-the-art Pilates systems: The 3 in 1 Peak Pilates System Deluxe which includes Reformer, Tower, and Mat system.
