Innercycling Indoorcycling

After 17 years of teaching almost 14,000 classes, selling and fixing over 6000 indoor cycle bikes and 200,000 students, I have learned a few things about Innercycling indoor cycling. In the course of my career I have been a master presenter for Spinning, Kranking and reengineered the Real Ryder bike which is the world first tilting stationary bike and introduced it at the IRSHA 2007 show. I moved from Miami in 2011 to start a organic farm and work on my calling to work with kids and grow food. Now in 2013 I am reviving my career in Innercycling to teach again, sell videos and sell limited editions bikes that are hand refurbished.. I love this stuff...
