InnerLight is not your typical therapist office. We believe there is in innate light in everyone that, given the right tools, will shine. With over 20 years combined experience, we are well versed in multi-dimensional therapies including DBT, CBT, EMDR. While we are best known for our work with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and post-partum depression, we have vast experience in all areas of mental health.

InnerLight is an office you come to when you are not only processing the “what, when and why”, but when you want to move to the “HOW” and achieve specific, certain goals. We offer traditional therapy for those who are interested in gaining perspective and connecting the dots as to why certain aspects of their life may not be going as planned and life coaching for those who are interested in a shorter term, proactive, way to achieve a small number of very specific goals.
