My Personal Story:
In High School I was in shape, was in sports, ate pretty much whatever I wanted and then I went to college. I started eating out more and more and after a year or so I went from a size 2 to a size 16/18. I weighed 221.5. About that time my dad was diagnosed with Diabetes. I knew I needed to do something. I started my journey to live a healthier lifestyle. I began exercising, eating right and after about a year and a half I got back into my size 2/4s. I lost 121.5 pounds!!!!! Daily maintenance is a must! Living a healthy lifestyle is very important and certainly well worth it!

Training for ALL ages and ALL fitness levels!

Personal Training - I provide individual guidance in fitness and wellness goals and in developing the most effective training plan to achieve those goals. I also educate my clients in general health and nutrition guidelines.

Buddy Training - this training is very similar to personal training, but you can have another person train with you!

Kid Training - through exercise and physical activity kids are able to meet their fitness goals.

I also offer Boot Camp and Group Training and have taught several classes so I can accommodate those needs as well!
