Inside Trails Spinning Studio

Inside Trails Spinning Studio is a small local gym that focuses solely on indoor cycle classes. It was founded in 2016 by April James, who has been teaching spin classes for a number of years. Although there are quite serious and by the book instructors out there, Mrs. James is not one of them. She likes to call herself "The fun instructor" and encourages everyone to do what they can no matter how long you're able to stay on the bike.
