Inspire Dance And Performing Arts Center is a place where everyone deserves a chance to dance. Offering classes to all ages and skill levels, Inspire Dance is the perfect place to watch your child blossom into a confident, talented, and well rounded dancer!

At Inspire Dance, we offer classes in styles that you will not find anywhere else in the metro area. Classes included in our weekly schedule are ballet, tap, jazz, acrobats, lyrical, contemporary, modern, pointe, improvisation, musical theatre, hip hop, creative movement, world dance, and more!

We also offer classes to children who have special needs. If you are looking for an outlet for your special needs child, dance may be the right activity for them! Owner Sarah Fristoe has multiple years of experience working with children who have special needs and it is her dream to make sure that she provides a place where EVERYONE deserves a chance to dance. Classes offered to children with limited mobility who are multiply involved, children with Down Syndrome, children with visual impairments, and children with other various special needs as well.
