Integrity BJJ and Fitness

Integrity BJJ and Fitness is a BJJ academy and cardio kickboxing center for Carrollton and the West Georgia region. We are the first of our kind in the Carrollton area.
What do we mean when we say creativity based BJJ? BJJ is an ever evolving sport. We cannot allow ourselves to become static in our teaching, and/or our learning. Many BJJ academies try to work only within a specific comfort zone. At Integrity BJJ we try hard to expand the opportunities for our students to learn. All the higher belts are encouraged to travel and train with all the great BJJ personalities in the Southeast. This acquired knowledge helps to build a varied and extremely diverse BJJ game. It keeps our minds open!
We also have cardio kickboxing, KickFit, taught by experienced Thai and MMA athletes. We are not a fight school, so you won't have to worry about the perceived egos, attitudes and intensities that might be present.
We are a family friendly, caring place. A place dedicated to helping you obtain your goals. Whether those goals be BJJ World Champion or losing that stubborn 10 pounds through something different. We are here to help.
