We incorporate the elements of programs such as HIT (High Intensity training), Bootcamp, circuit training . We believe in shorter workouts that focus on intensity over long drawn out workouts. The main leader is a local Level 1 CrossFit trainer locally and the secondary instructor is a certified instructor for Zumba & yoga. We workout in a backyard that is over 1 acre in size that includes 8 pullup bars, 7 box jump stations, kettlebells, and over 3,000 pounds of weights and bars to incorporate into our fitness training.
The first class on January 12th of 2016 is free. Drop in fee is $5 per class or prepay $50 and receive 12 classes. Families pay no more than $10 drop in for an entire family. You must be 15yr old or older to do our program. Child care is not provided but kids can sit on the ground or in the car and read books or play on smartphones & tablets.
