Inter-Hoops Basketball League provides an avenue for adults to enjoy and play the game of basketball recreationally and competitively. It is offered to adults 18 years old and over and residents of the greater Los Angeles area. iBL targets to promote sportsmanship, promotes fitness, advocates a healthier lifestyle for wellness and development of an individual, adheres to fair play and respect, trains teams to practice teamwork and finally, a venue to make new friends.
