Intuitive Healing with Karen

Meditation:
Meditation practice individually and group settings offered by Karen. Meditation offers so many wonderful benefits that young and old are discovering. Guided imagery for self-awareness and healing as well as stress reduction and relaxation meditation is offered. Join one of the scheduled group sessions or request an appointed day and time. Karen is open to creating a meditation for your specific group and/or specific needs.
Feng Shui consults:
The Chinese have known for millennia that our physical surroundings affect every aspect of our lives. Work with Karen and participate in an hour walk through of your home or office. The walk through is followed by a typed report listing options to create energy changes in your private space. You will learn small changes that create the biggest impact.

Intuitive Healing:
You will work with Karen for 1 or more sessions to heal and restore your body's energy, both physically and emotionally. As a Reiki Master and Intuitive healer, Karen will draw from numerous healing techniques to provide a unique healing approach just for you.
