Special event (such as bowl games) merchandise is returnable up to the time of the event. Original or a copies of itemized sales slips must accompany all returns. Returned NEW textbooks and course materials are required to be unused and unmarked. A 25 percent deduction will be given on items that are highlighted, marked, cribbed, bent and worn. Water damaged or stained books are not returnable. Open shrink-wrapped packages must be complete. Workbooks with missing pages or are written in are not returnable. (Hint- use light erasable pencil or use a separate sheet) Open software is not returnable. Defective course materials may be returned for a full refund or exchange.

We will be closing at 8:00 PM through Friday but you can easily order your books on the PURCHASE YOUR TEXTBOOKS button in the upper left corner of this page and choose PICK UP AT STORE to have them waiting for you when you come back to campus.
