Located at the Woodcrest Plaza on Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Cherry Hill, Ironhand Fitness accommodates the whole family in fitness. Our award winning kids Karate classes teach the traditional art of Tang Soo Do Korean Karate. In our kids classes they will develop discipline, build confidence and learn effective self-defense. Grand Master Giacobbe an authentic 9th Degree Black Belt, who has appeared numerous times on TV and in Magazines works with all students. Experience our amazing Boxing classes, for teens and adults 13 years old and up. Train in the traditional Boxing camp workout using Boxing gloves and heavy bags. Learn the techniques of Boxing while experiencing an unbelievable workout. We also provide Cross-Training Circuit classes for teens and adults 15 year old and up, “The Ultimate Explosion workout” The circuit is designed for developing total body strength, explosiveness, leg power, muscle endurance, quickness, agility and mental concentration. Our CrossFit classes for adults and kids develops elite fitness. CrossFit will help prepare you for any physical task. It is a regimen of functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit is an extreme strength and conditioning program focusing on core training, weight lifting and gymnastics. We also have Sports Fitness classes for any person who plays sports. If you play Football, Soccer, Baseball, Hockey or run Track we will get you bigger, stronger and faster. We provide high tech modern fitness equipment, an indoor track, showers and clean locker rooms. All of our classes are coached by certified trainers.
