Island Aerobics

Island Aerobics is a dynamic studio where there are classes for everyone. Many instructors from all over the country/world bring diversity and energy to their unique specialties.

Vacationers along with locals participate joyfully in cardio-step, spin, rowing, weight training (body sculpt), resist-a-ball, Pilates, and Yoga classes. New class offerings this year are 3c's (cardio, cut, and core) which uses barbells and other "toys", double trouble which consists of two instructors leading class in both cardio and strength workouts, and Yoga workshops, which are held on many Sundays with premier Yoga trainers.

Island Aerobics has a suspended floor which is therapeutic to joints, a separate spin studio that is conductive to getting in your zone, an outside deck, and a spirit of fun, fitness, and adventure where all levels and all ages are welcome.
