Island Driving School - LaPorte

Here at Island Driving School we offer a full list of driving services for ages 15 and older. Whether you are a beginner trying out the road for the first time or an experienced driver just looking to refresh your knowledge, we have a class for you!

Services we offer include:

- Teen Course (Ages 15 and up)
32 hrs classroom instruction
14 hrs in-car instruction
Written permit test

- Adult Six Hour Course (Ages 18 and up)
6 hrs classroom instruction
Written permit test

- Adult Private Lessons (Ages 18 and up w/ Permit)
90 mins in-car instruction
Pick up/Drop included within a 10 mile radius

- DPS Approved Road Test (Ages 16 to 24**)
Road test required to pass for the driver's license. **Ages 18 to 24 ONLY if completed the TEEN COURSE.

- Defensive Driving (Licensed Drivers)
6 hrs classroom instruction
Court Approved course for ticket dismissal
Insurance discount certificates available
