Island Lava Java, Bistro Grill has been in business since 1994, serving up fresh Kona Coffee to the masses. We're open 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Our privilege is to serve both locals and travelers only the freshest food on the island-- using grass fed Big Island Beef, free range Big Island Chicken, Big Island organic goat cheese, locally grown, purchased direct from the farmer organic produce. Our drinks feature fresh pressed juice, and our smoothies do too!

All of our food is prepared from scratch daily to the highest quality standards. We have a bakery on site and bake all of our pastries, muffins, desserts, breads and pizza dough ourselves. We also bake our World Famous "Cinnamon Rolls and Pull-a-Parts" every morning. Be sure to get here early, because they go fast!
