Includes everything listed above for 75 or less guest.

Add a weekend stay for $1000
Check in Friday at 3pm Check out Monday at 11am
Add a week stay for $4000
Check in Friday at 3pm, and the next Friday check out at 11am

Venue Only Rental:
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays: $2500 for a 12 hour total rental (For set up time of your event, the event, and break down time)
Monday - Thursday 12 hour rental is $1800
Only set up of tables and chairs is included. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter.

3 Day Rental Only: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
$3500 Only set up of tables and chairs for the 1 day event is included. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter.

Week rental only Friday - Friday $6000
Only set up of tables and chairs for the 1 day event is included. Clean up is the responsibility of the renter.
