Lake front home at Hyco Lake less than an hour from Durham, Burlington, and Southern VA. It's 5 O'clock at Hyco is located at South Hyco, away from main lake where there is much less boat traffic and it's much more quiet.
Three story A frame has ample space for family and friends with open plan and basement with sitting area and pool table. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils.
Large dock area for entertaining or relaxing (hammock included!) Top dock over boat house has a swing that makes for a great view of the lake and some amazing star gazing in the evening.
Also included in the rental is paper goods, basic condiments and spices.
Cleaning of the house is included in the rental cost.
Basic linens are available for an extra charge.
