"It' My Sauce !!" is the product of three of New York's Finest Chefs. Chef Paul Cullen (the "Originator") from Buffalo provided the Original Buffalo Recipe to me in 1991. The Owner/Operator Chef Michael (AKA the "INFUSER" ) has taken the Original Buffalo Recipe to new levels. Born into the Restaurant Family Business,he has honed his skills for over 40 yrs.learning from some of the best in the business.Launched in 2015 out of necessity after Open Heart Surgery forced him into Semi-Retirement he has taken Chef Paul's Buffalo Recipe and Infused it with a Bountiful of Wing & BBQ sauces along with Marinades , Chili's and Toppings to create a unique blend of flavors with a Homemade and Handmade approach.Using only quality Ingredients each sauce is Small Batch made and cooked to perfection using time tested methods since 1991.Infused , Ready to Use , Gourmet Sauces jarred and displayed like a homemade product. The final piece to our unique product line has to be the work of Chef Nick"NIKKO" Janusewski. A TWO-Time "Iron Chef " Award_Winner AKA ("the EXECUTOR" ).
