Mulkerin, one of the most successful realtors in the area, also remains affiliated with the Eastern Middlesex Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

A lifelong resident of Woburn, Mulkerin is well known in for her devotion to a variety of local and area civic groups and causes to which she has donated her time and resources for many years.


Joanne Mulkerin is the founder and first President of the Woburn Middlesex Lions Club. She serves the City of Woburn as the Chairperson of the Woburn Cultural Commission, and is a member of the board of directors for the Woburn Council of Social Concern, NuPath, Inc. and Woburn Community Educational Foundation. Mulkerin is also a member of the Reeves Elementary School Council.
