Jaber Estate Winery

We are dedicated to creating a unique and enjoyable wine experience for our patrons. Whether, you come out to experience our beautiful South Texas country vineyard or you are simply enjoying our expertly handcrafted wines, we hope to please.

The winery is a short drive from most of the Rio Grande Valley. We are located in the charming South Texas countryside of north Edinburg, Texas. Our winery and vineyard sit on what originally was a 25 acre milk farm. The remnants of the property’s former purpose are still visible. Milk storage tanks line the entrance of the original farm house and milking parlor which now serve as the winery’s store, tasting room and Mr. Jaber’s personal residence. All of our wines are made in the barn adjacent to the original structure with state of the art equipment. Our fruitful vineyard is filled with both Black Spanish and Blanc du Bois grapes.

Our owner and operator Mr. Jorge Jaber is a fascinating man. He never gave up on his lifelong dream to grow grapes and make wine on a ranch he purchased so long ago. Therefore, his mantra fittingly so, Don’t ever give up!, is what he says gave him the drive to continue on when many said it would not be possible. If you get a chance to visit the winery most likely he will be the one to show you around and share his vast knowledge in the wine making process – his passion.
