Chef Jacques

Named after owner and head chef Jacques Pauvert, Jacques Café is a healthy-concept restaurant. We serve breakfast, Sunday brunch, lunch and dinner with a variety of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. Our hormone-free and grass-fed beef from regional farms is ground onsite for our one-of-a-kind burgers made with 30% beef brisket and 70% chuck meat. We marinade our short ribs and pastrami for three to five days before slow-cooking with our in-house recipes. Our salmon burgers, steelhead salmon, turkey burgers and veggie burgers are all crafted with fresh ingredients, accompanied with our homemade organic dressings, mayonnaise, sauces and soups. And Chef Jacques has created a one-of-a-kind vegetable tofu you have to taste to believe! We take pride in offering all of this, along with quality wine and beer at the lowest prices in the area.
