Jaime entered into Real Estate after 13 years in Materials Management where she was responsible for contract negotiation, management of customer service and traffic for large companies such as Ford Motor Co, Select Comfort Corporation, Husqvarna, to name a few. In addition, she was responsible for maintaining $10 Million in inventory. These skills have lent themselves well to a career in Real Estate, where she focuses on her negotiation, communication, and management skills.

Jaime’s motto is “the most important thing that anyone can do is something for someone else”. She take’s this concept to heart by being involved in her community and creating and maintaining relationship’s with others in the area. She strives to be a neighbor a neighbor would like to have, and to keep in contact outside of the business transaction. She will put emphasis on the importance of what is going on in your life, whether you are buying or selling. In addition, she believes that building relationships and collaborating with other Realtors is the very best way to help everyone reach their goals. All to often, people find themselves going to work and watching the clock until they can leave... You don't have to worry about that with Jaime. She loves her job because she loves helping people. There's not much that brings her more joy than seeing others find joy and prosperity in their lives. She's a successful agent because she genuinely cares about each and every client. The fact that she's a kind and generous person doesn't mean that she is a pushover. Because of the unique spelling of her name, a fellow agent told Jaime that he remembers to "aim for the middle" while spelling her name. It's a cute saying, and it does the trick. However, "aim for the middle" isn't something Jaime does. She aims for the top. She'll work hard for you. She works hard at everything she does.
