Jalisco's Mexican Restaurants

We first opened Jalisco's doors with a small restaurant containing 9 tables, in Firth, Idaho, in 1998. In Firth, for two years we gained invaluable friendships and experience that we are very grateful for, but problems with the rental and wanting to expand moved us to 2107 E 17th Street, Idaho Falls in 2000.

At this location, we started with about 20 tables. Within our first years, these 20 tables were not enough, so we expanded into the next door vacancy. With this expansion, we added a great Mexican flare, with imported tile, brick, chandeliers, and custom booths.

In 2004, we were presented with the opportunity to expand again to our other neighboring spot, so we took this opportunity to put in our full service cantina.

In 2007, we opened a second Jalisco's with a breathtaking view of the Idaho Falls. We hope this location will be convenient for all our amigos who may either work, live, or be visiting on this side of town.
