Jamaican Creation Cuisine

MY BLOG ; I came to this country from Jamaica when I was 19 yrs old I first wanted to be a veterinarian because my love for animals was greater than my passion for food. When I found out it took a lot longer to be come a veterinarian, I turned to my next passion which is food. Over the years I've tried my best to prepare Jamaican Food as authentic as possible.
I first thought of the name of Jamaican creation two years ago when I came to the upstate area. There was a variety of food, but still my research showed that people were looking for even more variety than what they had. I've been in the food service for 21 years and I've always had a passion for food. So I thought, let me bring a taste of Jamaican food to this region!! The flavors and uniqueness of the spices brings a whole different taste to what is being Prepared.
