Jamman By The Sea is an ocean view home located in the exclusive Ocean Isle Estates subdivision. The home has been professional decorated with warm tropical furnishings throughout. Jamman By The Sea has over 4900 sq ft of living space and is directly across the street from beach access.
You won't be able to help but smile as you enter the large, completely fenced yard that includes our 16x35 ft optionally heated pool, 12 person in-ground hot tub, horse shoe pits, corn hole boards, cabana bar with stereo, charcoal AND gas grills! Ground level outside also includes 2 outdoor shower stalls, covered carport, elevator access, large commercial ice maker, commercial fish cleaning station, 2 foot washes, and an air compressor for those 4-wheel drives on the beach.

Enter Jamman by the sea from the ground level elevator and start your tour on level 1 where you will find a sports bar recreation room with 4 LED TV's equipped with Dish Network, 12ft wet bar with full sized fridge and dishwasher, 8ft pool table, pub dining tables, 6 person card table, and a 12 seat media room with a 92in screen and BRAND NEW for 2015 hi-def LED projector with state of the art audio visual components! A powder room that services both the pool area and the rec room completes this level.

All bedrooms have BRAND NEW 40in Samsung SMART TVs with NETFLIX streaming INCLUDED and DISH Network!!

Level 2 has four master bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 queen beds and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 has 2 duo-pyramid bunks to sleep all the cousins and a tub/ shower combo! Bedroom 3 has a king bed, walk in shower and separate soaking tub. Bedroom 4 has a king bed and a handicap friendly shower. On this level you will also find the laundry area with 2 stacked washer/dryer combos and a built in ironing board.

The next level offers you 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a shower. Bedroom 3 has a king bed, large walk in shower and jacuzzi tub.

The 4th level features a great room with a gas fireplace and 42in Plasma TV and surround sound with BRAND NEW blu-ray player featuring streaming capabilities for all of your NETFLIX viewing pleasure included with your rental! You will also find a wet bar with beverage cooler and separate ice maker. Enjoy cooking in our exceptionally equipped kitchen and marvel at the huge breakfast bar, 2 dishwashers, double sinks, double ovens, double full-sized refrigerators, and two cook tops (one gas and one electric)! Or fire up the gas grill on the deck while watching the sunset over the sound! The dining table seats 14, the breakfast bar seats 8, and the wet bar seats 6. There is also a breakfast nook with great ocean views and seating for 6! A powder room completes the top level of our home.
