Jan Holmes Counseling is located at 200 W. Monroe Street, Suite 302B, Bloomington, Illinois. After 33 years of working as a Therapist in the areas of adoption, foster care, addictions, abuse, and trauma, I am acutely aware of the role that deep-seated shame plays in holding one hostage to a sense of unworthiness, unhealthy relationships, and emotional pain. I am passionate about helping my clients work through and transform for good the shame-based fears, habits of thinking, and patterns of behavior that keep them from the freedom of living a wholehearted life.
