Founded by Jerry and Amy Frostick, J&A Racing brings you the Coastal Virginia Running Series, a series of seven road races ranging from a 5K to a Marathon positioned in the beautiful Hampton Roads area. History and natural beauty are combined to make Hampton Roads the perfect destination for any runner.
