In 1980, Janice’s Real Estate career started at Upper Westchester Real Estate in Bedford Hills. In addition to selling remarkable homes in this area, she quickly went on to become an expert in new construction, handling sales of large projects for big developers, including:

She invested in her product, buying rental properties that she personally redesigned and renovated. Janice holds the commercial and investment properties certification (CIRE).

Her passion for renovation brought her to Green Demolitions where she excelled at designing kitchens for customers in Norwalk, CT.

She learned the basics of SEO (search engine optimization) as an assistant to the president at Elephant’s Trunk in Mt. Kisco where she increased traffic to the company web site by 30% in one year!
