JazzE Ellington - House of Blues & Multicultural Center

Located in the heart of Lynchburg Virginia, JazzE Ellington House of Blues and Multicultural Center features live Jazz, Blues, R&B and Funk Bands every weekend. The newly renovated 3000 square foot dance floor and sound system creates a laid back, yet dynamic, sophisticated atmosphere with a rich historical backround. Its original roots began somewhere between 1903 or 1929 based upon the historical information available, as a playhouse theater, then a community center, a masonic lodge and now a LIVE music venue. The buildings seasoned age of approximately 112 years old created a rich legacy. The continued use, will forever be a part of the revitalization of the Arts and Cultural District in Lynchburg and a vital part of the need for consistent entertainment for the enrichment of the young and old.
