When you hear Jazzercise you think legwarmers and leotards, right? Or a workout for your Mom but not for you? We admit our workouts got so popular in the 80’s that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It’s true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards -- and the 80’s -- are long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers. We’re still evolving and transforming people’s bodies and their lives, but in a new way!

Jazzercise Carrollton Fitness Center offers a variety of Jazzercise classes that fuse cardio, strength training, Pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing into one calorie-torching, hip swiveling, Shakira’d-be-proud dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn! Our classes are as fun as they are effective, so you’ll not only be getting an excellent workout at Jazzercise Carrollton Fitness Center -- you’ll be relieving some stress and having a blast at the same time.

If you’ve never taken a Jazzercise class before, we suggest our Dance Mixx to start. Dance Mixx is a combination warmup, cardio dance, and strength training class that typically lasts for 55-60 minutes and gives you a good idea of how our program works. If you love your first class with us, consider signing up for a membership! We offer 10-class passes for $99 (to be used within the year), 12-month memberships for $49 a month, and other options -- just choose the one that best fits your schedule! We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise in everyone’s lives, so we don’t lock our clients into contracts and will not charge a cancellation fee if you call to cancel before the 15th of the month.
