Jazzercise gives you the most comprehensive workout: cardio, strength, and stretch in an hour. It's dance-based and fun, and incorporates yoga, pilates, and kick-boxing. Instructors are professionally trained and certified. First class is free so come try!
We are located in the beautiful (and air-conditioned) Blue Wave Studio and offer 5 classes a week: Monday-Thursday at 5:15pm and Saturday at 8:30am.
