Jeff McGregor's American Karate

Jeff McGregor, a master instructor and 7th degree black belt, provides karate for fitness, self-defense and competition in a school of champions.

Classes are offered for all ages and ability, from adults to children age four and up. The school currently operates from two locations, to include the main Danville location and the Chatham Community Center in Chatham, Virginia.

McGregor has 35 years of experience in Karate, and instructs his own style of American Karate. The school is also a distributor of martial arts supplies and trophies.
