Since 2007 Alva Andrade has been a dedicated member of the JDC family. For the last two years, she's lead her staff of eight, going above and beyond for each client who comes to their Farmers Branch location. She seems to have a sixth sense for fear and can spot it all over a person as soon as they walk in the door. For all patients, especially who are visibly scared, the team goes through careful explanation of their procedure, setting aside a bit of extra time to consult in detail with the doctor. Scared, and often in a great deal of pain, each of Alva's patients receive top-notch customer service and are offered a variety of amenities to make them feel more relaxed throughout their visit. Supplies like bottled water and magazines are in abundance and staff performs continual check ins to gage their comfort level. By engaging in active listening, the staff also work to alleviate and control any pain or discomfort while attending to each guests individual needs.
