When Rubi Aranjo started at Jefferson Dental 3 and half years ago, she knew she wanted to be a manager someday. A year later, she took over at our Lyons location. Her outgoing and friendly staff understands how important your time is, and delivering swift service to patients is their top priority. Which is all the more incredible given that they never say no to walk-ins, working to serve anyone in need of dental work. Rubi also makes sure all staff is not only experts in their field, but that they are cross-trained to know about the entire process in the clinic front and back. Additionally, the clinic is known for their work with senior patients. Rubi and her staff take careful time to make sure all patients receive proper information and education to make an informed decision on necessary services like dentures. She recalls the first time she met one of their, now, regulars, "A patient called to schedule an appointment because the original dental office they visited only performed the exam but didn't schedule any treatment. After going round and round with them rescheduling, the patient gave up, feeling unimportant to the other clinic. The patient had heard about Jefferson Dental and decided to give our Lyons office a try. Our Lyons staff made the patient feel like a top priority and had everything ready to conduct treatment on the day of. With everything in place, the patient didn't have to worry about verifying insurance or any other details of care. The treatment went off without a hitch and he and his wife are now regular patients."
